We value the time and trust our clients place in us, and we strive to provide a smooth experience for everyone at DerMedical Esthetics Inc. To accommodate all of our clients and respect our team’s schedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, online booking will be suspended and a non-refundable $50 deposit will be required to rebook. This $50 deposit will be applied to your service at your next appointment. Please note, no-shows or late rescheduling will result in the forfeiting of this deposit.

For appointments two hours or longer, a 50% deposit is required when booking. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or make changes to these appointments. Deposits for long appointments are non-refundable if not canceled within the required notice period.

All purchases—whether for services, packages, or products—are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds, but may exchange defective or damaged products within a specific timeframe. If you choose not to continue with a purchased package, a credit may be issued for any remaining balance, which you may apply toward a different service or treatment.
