We want you to be fully prepared and feel confident in understanding what to expect for payments, financing options and our cancellation policies.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cash and Interac. As well, we offer Affirm for payment options. Affirm offers payment plans that allow you to break down the purchase cost into biweekly or monthly installments. Click Here.
Consultations:
We recommend consults before scheduling an appointment for the first time, they are not a requirement in some cases. You may schedule an appointment for certain services despite having never been seen at DerMedical Esthetics Inc before. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be a good candidate for the service you have scheduled unless a consult has been done. Not having a consult may result in the service not being completed at the time of appointment. We do require a consultation for PlasmaIQ and CO2 Laser treatments prior to treatment.
Consults are a separate, non-refundable fee of $40.00.
Cancellation Policy:
DerMedical Esthetics Inc requires at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can accommodate other clients.
Cancellations or rescheduling less than 24hr notice will result in suspension of online booking and will require a $50 non-refundable deposit to rebook. This $50 deposit will be deducted from your service at the time of your appointment.
No shows or late rescheduling results in the forfeiting of the $50 deposit.
We require a 50% deposit to hold appointments of 2 hours or more in length. This fee will be applied to your service total on the day of your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice for any changes or cancellations.
Should a service be cancelled without proper notice, this deposit is non-refundable and not eligible to be used towards services. We place the utmost importance on confidentiality and privacy. As such, we do not retain credit card information on our client’s files when collecting deposits and processing payments.
Your appointment time is reserved for you. We understand that life happens, and you may not be able to keep your appointment. However, no-shows and last-minute cancellations do not allow us adequate time to fill the space with a client from our waitlist. This results in lost income for your service provider and our local small business.
Exceptions may apply during extreme weather conditions such as heavy snowfall warnings, freezing rain warnings, or hurricane warnings.

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change at anytime, and without notice. This includes all single session pricing as well as any series of treatments, and promotions.
No Refund Policy
1. Final Sale: All purchases completed for products, services, &/or packages are considered final. We do not offer refunds, ensuring your commitment to the products and services you select.
2. No Refund Policy: While refunds are not available, we value your satisfaction and may allow exchanges for defective or damaged products within a designated time frame.
3. Acknowledgment: By purchasing from us, you confirm that you understand and accept our No Refund Policy.
There are no refunds on services that have already been provided or packages that have been purchased. If client does not want to continue with the package purchased, a credit may be issued for the remaining balance which they can use towards an alternative service/treatment.
