Policies
No Shows and Cancellations
We value our clients and providers. We respect their time and commitment.
2 No Shows or 2 Cancellations with less than 3 hours notice from your
appointment time will result in suspended online booking and a non-refundable $50.00 deposit
will be required prior to booking another service.
No Pets
We pride ourselves in providing the highest standard of service.
To safely provide our clients with safe, hygienic environment, we do not permit pets in the clinic.
We recognize there are some circumstances requiring exceptions, such as service animals.
Refund Policy
Products purchased within 14 days are eligible for exchange or refund if NOT OPENED.
Any open or used product is non-refundable.
All services are non-refundable.
Loyalty Cards
Loyalty cards are non-transferrable to other clients.
